Stress is an inevitable part of academic life. Too much or long-term stress can cause physical as well as mental problems, and can decrease learning and work performance.
However, we can learn a variety of stress reduction techniques to help us relax and recharge.
Music, as an integral part of human life. You might have heard that music has healing power. In fact, studies have shown that music therapy is an effective way to release tension and help people acquire a sense of peace.
Please join us for a Music and Stress Relief Workshop. It's an opportunity for you to immerse yourself in music and learn about its emotion-regulating effects. Come and experience the calming effect of music-related relaxation techniques and apply them in your daily life.
