【 TIGP Dragon Boat Orientation & Race Day 】
In June, the TIGP Office arranges this event for the TIGP students and Internationals at Academia Sinica to experience the Dragon Boat Festival.
The morning session includes:
(1) Origin & history of Dragon Boat Festival
(2) Activities & interactions of Dragon Boat events
(3) Water safety rules of Dragon Boat Techniques
The afternoon session includes:
(1) Self-help in open water: demonstration by coaches
(2) Warm-ups & put on life jackets
(3) Boat rowing practice
(4) Dragon Boat Race
(5) Cool-downs
(6) Award time & group pictures
